PASTORAL TEAM
This team consists of the Pastor, Parochial Vicar, Liturgy & Music
Coordinator,
Business Administrator, Principal, Director Of Religious Education, Director Of Youth Ministries,
Director of Adult Education/RCIA, Parish Nurse and Director of Development. They provide professional and spiritual direction to
parish operations and functions. Please do not hesitate to call anyone on team. All are committed to serving you and your needs.
CARE OF THE SICK AND ELDERLY
Please call the parish office to inform us about the sick or aged who are unable to come to church as well as those who are hospitalized or in nursing homes. We share in your concern for our sick, homebound and elderly members. St. Bernard Parish has several ministries that can offer hospital
visits, Eucharist to the homebound, nursing home visitation and prayer.
FUNERALS
We are here to assist you during your time of loss. Upon the death of someone in your family, please contact the parish office or have the Funeral Director do so. A Vigil (wake) service at the funeral home may be held the evening before burial. If requested, visitation may take place before the
funeral mass in the narthex of the church. The date and time of the funeral Mass, and Vigil service times can be addressed by the Funeral Director.
The parish has a ministry that is available to host funeral dinners or receptions. Please call the parish office for details.
FACILITY RENTAL
The parish rents out certain rooms for personal functions or gatherings. Specific policies and procedures must be followed. Call the parish office to inquire about arrangements.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please call the parish office if your address changes so that our records remain up-to-date.
